Terms of Service

By accessing or using DrapeAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including studio owners, staff members, and trial accounts.

DrapeAI is a cloud-based studio management platform for tailors and fashion boutiques. It provides tools for client management, order tracking, calendar scheduling, garment cataloguing, and AI-powered virtual try-on generation using large language and image models.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@drapeai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Upload images without the consent of the individuals depicted
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties outside your studio
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or degrades performance for other users

Virtual try-on images are generated using third-party AI models (including OpenAI DALL-E). Generated images are provided "as is" and may not perfectly reflect physical garments or client appearance. DrapeAI does not warrant the accuracy or fitness of AI-generated images for any specific commercial purpose.

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant DrapeAI a limited licence to process those images solely for delivering the Service to you.

Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrapeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tromsø, Norway.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
