DrapeAI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the DrapeAI platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully.

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and the name of your studio or business.

Client data you upload: Portrait images and measurements you enter for your clients are stored securely and used solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, session duration — to improve the product.

Payment data: Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Generate virtual try-on images via our AI pipeline
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, billing receipts)
• Improve and personalise the Service based on usage patterns
• Respond to your support requests

We do not sell or rent your personal data or your clients' data to third parties.

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Portrait images uploaded to generate virtual try-ons are processed by OpenAI's DALL-E API. Images are transmitted securely and are not used to train OpenAI models. Generated results are stored in your account and can be deleted by you at any time.

We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the Service will not function without session cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
